he moved there. he and his wife brought cars. there wa sa high re registraiton tax. they said thiw as unfair

they said it breached TFEU article 6

the ECJ said it was justified

the TFEU alloes people to move and prevents a state from disadvanatging those who do so

this rule applies without distinction to those of all nationalities

it is treu that this rule will imapcy on migrants from other EU states more than nationals of the state

TFEU makes no guarnatee that atxes will not be higher. Austraia in entitled ti prusue this policy
