this is about discrimination. it is possible to discriminate against disabled. is it possible to discriminate against people because they are related to the disabled?

the advocate general said the law is there to combat all forms of discrimination and that includes peiple who are discriminated against becuase of their kin

Sharon COleman worked for a law firm. her son had a problem with hus larynx and other things

bronochomalica.

the firm said she used her son’s illness as a reason to try to manipulate her working time

she launched an action for unfair dismissal under the EMployment Rights Act

Disability Discrimination Act was also invoked

The ECJ awarded the case to Miss Coleman
